Main characters look similar in both thay you may get confused easily. They also have similar attitude, maybe I wouldn't call Rihito in Classmates ''negative'', but he has this gloomy vibe, you now. Both are light boys love stories, short and sweet, which you can read on one evening. They don't contain adult scenes, there is only kissing, so there won't be any cringe lol. Main charcters attend the same school and are a couple at some point, though in Negative-kun to Positive-kun they are couple from the start of the series already and in Classmates we follow their fall in love story, but everything  read more

The romances are very similar. Both are categorized as 'Shounen-Ai' which have very light Boys Love scenes involving high school boys that started as friends. Most of the chapters are just random scenarios and events that the characters go through. Nothing terribly exciting but still entrancing just the same. The comedy is also very similar. I found myself giggling at the randomness of their conversations, more than their actions, as they just talk about what - i guess - normal high school boys talk about. The art is light in both series as well. Charming with cute chibis and character designs and minimal shading and tones. Suits  read more

The ONLY similarities would be the relationship theme; nothing really happens drama wise, just a couple who deal with daily situations or scenarios based at school.
