The romances are very similar. Both are categorized as 'Shounen-Ai' which have very light Boys Love scenes involving high school boys that started as friends. Most of the chapters are just random scenarios and events that the characters go through. Nothing terribly exciting but still entrancing just the same.
The comedy is also very similar. I found myself giggling at the randomness of their conversations, more than their actions, as they just talk about what - i guess - normal high school boys talk about.
The art is light in both series as well. Charming with cute chibis and character designs and minimal shading and tones. Suits
