Having two characters be polar opposites can seem like a bit of a cliche or an easy way out, but this manga owns it and does it so well! While it plays off of this trope, the characters still have their own personalities outside of just being 'positive' or 'negative', and they have the most adorable chemistry!
The thing that stood out for me the most about this manga (compared to other shounen ai) was the fact their relationship was already pre-established, meaning there's no story of how they got together, and that the story really just follows their day to day life as a ...

Story (7/10): It's rather straightforward and funny, but somehow touching at parts.
Art (7/10): I liked the art. Admittedly, it did feel a bit messy at times, but overall, it adds to the airy feel of this manga.
Character (9/10): Although their personalities sound cliched (negative and positive, how many times has that been done?), the main characters were beautifully written. The way their personalities made their relationship work and mutually beneficial was wonderful. (I applaud the author for this. Why the heck do I give 10s so easily.

But this manga deserves it anyway.

Story - Negative-kun to Positive-kun is a really lighthearted shounen-ai with cuteness every here and there. The story is very easy to read, very easy to understand, and will give you this weird warm, fuzzy feeling. It basically tells the tale of two boys, a couple, and how they live their (mostly) school life together. Doesn't have much of a real plot nor depth, but very refreshing.
