Both are about devils/akumas 

Both are comedies that involve a high school student who is actually a supernatural creature in human form. Side characters raid the school trying to discover the identity of this person via unusual or hilarious methods. 'Harlem' is josei; 'Dragon' is seinen. Both have some ecchi content; 'Dragon' much more so. 

Prince of Hell/ Princess of Heaven: the protagonists of both manga are running away from an arranged marriage and just trying to live a normal life in the human world. Unfortionatly their past just won't leave them alone. Even their closest friends aren't all that they seem. Both of these are great! 

They both have a similar feel to them as well as a demon coming from the demon world by interesting circumstances. 

Although they have a really different plotline, when I think of Demon Diary I immediately think of Harlem Beat wa Yoake Made. In both there are demons, supernatural powers and beautiful friendships with a little shounen-ai-ish tone. Both are very light to read and have good art. :) Enjoy
