I usually don’t know where or how to start off a review of any caliber, but this one is different; different in the sense that I have so much to say, but I don’t know how to incorporate it — simply put, this is amazing. I never thought the day where a purely, strictly wholesome manga of a kid manga could be so enticing and enjoyable due to the lack of drama.
The lack of drama really makes this story so much better than it should be — there’s some small, very small drama that occurs, but it’s all natural and necessary — with that,

it also was not drawn out for eons, making it unbearable.
For the plot. Oh, how do I start off with the plot. You already know it has minimum drama and maximum wholesomeness, but this story is so well-written that it’s almost ridiculous. Seriously, the first chapter alone made me question why this couldn’t suffice as a stand-alone one-shot manga due to how conclusive the story felt.
Though, I can’t lie that I’m a bit happy that the story didn’t end there since the plot thereafter was equally fulfilling by going through numerous of personal character development and struggles; of course, this was handled perfectly via quick resolutions.
All the characters felt realistic — this is hard. Really hard to execute for any ridiculous romcom premise, and I’m a bit shocked. Besides for the fmc being on the extreme side of the “ice princess” personality — which is not a knack on the story, I quite enjoy it — every character felt alive and their aspirations weren’t off the grid ridiculous.
I don’t love wholesome mangas as much as the next person nor do I love stories involving kids, but this? This is what I love.
