Both are collections of short drama/tragedy stories about teenagers who experience the worst things of life such as drugs, sex, self-harm and bullying. Both mangas deal with depression, desperation, rejection, betrayal and suicide to put an end of all. They show the ugliness of human nature or should I say society? Confidential Confessions is mainly focused on females while Happiness is accents on both genders. What‘s identical here is that they are young people in their school period.

The first story of this manga is much like Jisatsu all the way through. suicide is the main plot. and kinda just gives off the same feeling.

Both of these books is about school girls who feels very bad. While Confidential Confessions is about many girls with different problems (rape, stalkers, bullies, drugs, suicide thoughts...) Life is about one girl who have a lot of problems! The reality in both seems very harsh and dark, but also contains episodes of happiness, courage and friendship. It also shows how people can still carry on in very hard times.

The Confidential Confessions series covers some the issues young women may experience in their lives. Both share some of the obstacles they must overcome and how not only they impact the girls themselves, but the people around them.

Both stories revolve around touchy themes like abuse especially bullying at school and both share a pretty sad and somber story tone throughout.

While Confidential Confessions deals with many different problems, this is about the sex industry. It continues with realistic story and is the sequel to Confidential confessions. If you liked C.C. you're gonna like C.C. Deai.

Episodic series aimed primarily at the more mature, non-cutesy humour/bishie crazy females out there. Confidential Confessions covers a variety of subjects--suicide, rape, sexual harassment, and parental pressure, to name a few. Delivery focuses pretty much exclusively on the sex industry as it gets revealed through the eyes of different heroines how they got involved in it, how it affects their relationships with their partners, and so on. If you like one, you'll like the other. The execution and content of the episodic shorts make this a certainty.
