Anime that are adjacent to Trigun or what many Trigun fans are (or might be) into as well (personal guesses to be honest so take this list with a grain of salt)   The super robot genre of mecha portrays mecha as superheroic protectors of the earth, with little to no focus on realism. This is a list of such manga that uses the super robot trope. All manga in this list is fully or partially translated into English.     Manga that I am going to read because I have watched their anime adaptations. This will only include the first volume of each series but I intend to read further. I will keep adding more as I watch more anime.   I LOVE LOVE LOVE worldbuilding, especially if it revolves around a specific and unique gimmick or theme. It’s so fun to explore, and I really want to see more anime/manga that have a unique worldbuilding gimmick, instead of the same old high fantasy medival-whatever world.   Manga—extensively books—are are known for their printing within a portrait dimensions, however some series like to break this traditional mould for narrative or aesthetic purposes. |
