A fairly generic story about a guy who isn't even technically a necromancer.

Tower appears and people who climb it become gods. A human tries it and is betrayed. Luckily, he got the ability to be reborn from a hate-friendship with a "god". So he climbs the tower again to seek revenge and soon finds out that the 4 strongest races of the tower are behind his death - so a few more people on the "they must die" list.

As I said, a very generic and therefore almost dull story. Strong guy, reborn and wants revenge - there are stories like this a dime a dozen ... and "All-Master Necromancer" or "Absolute Necromancer" doesn't do anything special with it. If you set up a bingo card with generic manga tropes, you'd have bingo in 5 chapters: asshole protagonist? Yup. Harem? Yup. Op? Yup. etc.

Not bad. That’s the best way to describe this manwha. It’s not overly ambitious nor is it entirely predictable with its plot line. Though I will say, the “mid” chapters (~8-18) are pretty weak aspects of this due to the lack of enticement or development in the characters/plot (I almost dropped it).

World-building? Character Development? Diversity? Ehhh, I can’t say that there’s much of any. What seems like the only major attempt of world building done is the first chapter’s introduction, but from that point onward, the story leaves empty holes in the details of the tower and etc.

I can’t say I expected much from ... the characters, and I didn’t get much. The mc is the classic/basic manwha “bad-boy” type where he will do lowly acts to get power/his revenge. However, I can confidently say that there’s a small bit of development in his personality by become empathetic and sparing of his comrades. Side characters are where it gets sort-of interesting as they do feel like they possess a personality outside of a one-dimensional box and contribute some value towards the mc or plot line. The bar for characters isn’t set very high for necromancer/tower tropes as most of the time there are none so it’s something.

This manwha’s experience does feel like it’s following a basic outline of what to and not to do for a “big” hit which of course attracts and detracts readers. I don’t mind it as although this feels “safe,” the author did enough to have characters that have a mysterious aura around them that I would like to see the end of.

What is the use of tags if myanimelist doesn't add Harem!
If it weren't for another comment mentioning this is a harem and me skipping ahead to verify I would have wasted more of my time.

That said it starts off interesting but by the 6th chapter the MC is cringy, he keeps sticking his tongue out, simmer down son this ain't a BL, he keeps smirking weirdly. It starts off with him being betrayed however saying he was the one who wanted power and that at least that was the story that was told, immidiately I said YES REVENGE, but the more we see this ... MC talk...was he really betrayed or were they just tired of him and his cringy personality?!

The typical demons, angels and deities theme and it took a bit of almost every unique and famous fantasy story ORV, solo leveling and a few others.
Nothing special and the art is good but that is it. I read a comment where someone mentioned it goes down hill from chapter 40 an onwards so read at your own risk. You aren't missing out on anything good.
