Synopsis

Feeling a little under the weather, Lariette Blanche visits Doctor Zakascoff only to find out that she has an extremely rare congenital disease, and only three months left to live. Though devastated at first, Lariette decides to write up a bucket list of everything she wants to do before she dies. However, little did she know that the diagnosis was actually wrong! With so many changes implemented in her life already, what will Lariette do moving forward? Will she return to her previous life, or continue living the new one, full of adventures she had never imagined before?

This is a super super cute romance story! Very feel good! I love the art and character designs. The characters are very loveable, especially the female lead-- she's strong, fun, cute, funny, spunky, and positive! I can't really imagine anyone not liking this series. The concept, which is in the title, is somewhat overdone in stories. That did not bother me at all since it's so well-executed, and this is introduced at the beginning, not the end. If this were the twist at the end, I would really roll my eyes. I guess I docked a star for the plot not being a super unique ...

“I Thought My Time Was Up!” follows the classic ‘The Hated Child Becomes Loved by All’ story. It starts out cringy when FL clings and flirts w/ ML (insufferable imo), but then it transitions to a nice fluffy romance where both leads are lovey dovey (yay!)

Read if you like:
-Comedy. The fillers in this manhwa doesn’t feel like it’s dragging forever. FL face expressions will always have me😭
-Fast paced plot. I just love it. Slow burn is NOT for me.
-Loyal FL (is it even a competition atp?? She’s locked in with ONLY the ML 4Life)
-Soft spice ;)
-lowkey villainous 2nd ML w/ sad backstory (he’s my favourite)
-Jealousy ...
