Come on now, you know what you signed up for: A loser, pathetic mc and the classic cool heroine that for some reason likes the mc. These type of stories aren’t the best or most enjoyable to read unless there has been some form of character development or recognition — this manga has only done one of the two.

The plot is somewhat cliche and tropey, and the plot isn’t much different from any kind of psychological romance story; instead, the manga gradual teases each chapter to contrive enjoyment and engagement, which works somewhat well.

The characters are… mediocre. As expected of a typical loser ...

This manga has been around for a quite a while and gave off mysterious intense vibes.
Though the story just stayed as a simple writer dude who fell for an extremely attractive kind hearted woman. To my chagrin, there were no extreme or over the wall actions happening here, everything is surprisingly chill and friendly.

It was slow for the first set of chapters, but I was enjoying the development.
Then suddenly you are hit with the AXE at chapter 25.

If I had to rate, it's just a 3/5 star series. There was a ton of potential to explore different routes, directions, characters as this kind of story ...
