Both FLs were manipulated to their deaths in their first life. Given a second chance at life, they're determined to thread delicately to a path of vengeance and make those who wronged them pay. (also both kayena and aria are literally just gaslighting and girlbossing everyone and i wouldn't have it any other way <33)

Though they have different time/world settings, I found these similar. Both have a manipulative female lead who goes back in time and focuses on revenge and acquiring wealth. Both have romance that feels somewhat secondary to the revenge plot.

Both series follow MCs who have went back in the past to get revenge on someone who has betrayed them. (Sister in Hourglass, and friend in Angelic Lady) Both are equallly as hateable too so you'll get a lot of satisfaction rooting for the MCs. Both MCs are smart too and have great evil expressions making for some very satisfying scenes. If you like one you'll most likely like the other.

Both manhua are stories of heroines who have been betrayed or treated poorly and go back in time to fix everything.

Both are about villainesses who are used and abandoned and who are determined to live for themselves this time around.

A lot of villainess returners get almost immediately woobified and defanged, but these heroines are still cool dangerous snakes ready to do whatever it takes to get the good ending.

Both stories are romances that center around female protagonists who turn back time using magic. “The Villainess Turns the Hourglass” is more political and “Saving My Sweetheart” is more fantasy adventure. But both give me similar vibes without being similar stories. I highly recommend both!
