Seiyuus for Seiyuu ka and acting for Skip Beat. Both heroines are very strong willed and very hard working to their respective works. They have the same tenacity to produce good results for their jobs. Unlike Kyoko from Skip Beat, Hime from Seiyuu Ka sometimes cries. But still, they have both strong and fun personalities and can be scary when they get mad. They also both have relationship and sometimes consider their goals with a considered genius in their career (Ren from Skip Beat and Senri from Seiyuu Ka--!). They sometimes make you feel that they have a little similar plot and give of the same feeling while reading them read more 

Both have a main character who want's to succeed and be on the top of their industries, except Skip Beat is regular acting and Seiyuu Ka is voice acting. Hime from Seiyuu Ka is a lot happier than Kyoko, and cries more, but both are extremely hard working, and are devoted to their jobs. Hime reminded me of Kyoko a lot with her relationships with people. They both have mothers that always viewed them as a disappointment, they both have a sempai that they respect and an enemy that constantly makes them mad (except in Seiyuu ka's case, the enemy isn't hated as much, it reminded me more of Kyoko's relationship with Ren.)  read more 

both about girls attempting to get into the show business, similar character base for protagonist such as how their determination affects those around them etc and both have struggles etc,  

The stories both revolve around female main characters doomed to be manly-- Seiyuu Ka!'s MC has a deep voice, despite wanting to become a voice actor for a female character, while Oresama Teacher's MC is a brash stereotypical delinquent until she transfers to another school in an attempt to become a normal girl. These circumstances cause the two girls to crossdress to do what they love. Both are also somewhat reverse harems. 

They are both relatively really funny. Both shoujo based. The main characters are also living alone and are very funny, that you can find similar qualities between them. 

Whilst Seiyuu Ka is about voice acting, which is much different than baking, both female leads have the same determined personality. Also, did I mention that they both kinda suck at what they do, whether it be clumsiness or a bad voice holding them back? 

Both have the same mangaka, so the art is similar, and the characters felt kind of similar as well. The heroine wants to beat a guy who constantly annoys her, and both main characters have a really big smile that shows up constantly.
