Both have to do with a female lead that has a dream or goal of becoming the best at what they do and so they enter a special department at school for their specific fields - singing and voice acting. In both stories the main protagonist have to cross dress in order to achieve their goals and dreams. Seiyuu Ka! focuses more on how the protagonist grows and becomes better through hard work.
