When I first heard the news, I could not believe what my retina was sending to my brain. The Japanese decided to make a manga based on the extremely popular game Among Us! Simply could not have thought such a possibility was even feasible. It was a must that I was to read all of its content in hopes for the cultural translations of the American humour would find a nice fit in the amazing medium that is manga. So what did I come across, was it worth it?

Yes.

But honestly, this works well ... as a kid's manga (in more ways than one). It was very hilarious, correct magnitude of comedic intenseness, a variety of characters, and of course, sussy baka moments were common. Seriously, this is great stuff for kids manga, but it is also a universal treat in it being memed to absurdity. I don't imagine *anyone* who isn't in the loop reading this would not find something funny. Something of a genius Japan moment, the world has truly come together in humour with this manga.

There's not too much to talk about, it is genuinely a fun one-shot whether that be for external or internal reasons, but I would recommend it for sure. Possibly isn't for everyone, but that's fine, may need to call an emergency meeting for them to get voted out perhaps before they start venting for the kill. At the end of the day, I'm sure the kids of Japan would love this manga as much as the zoomers of the western internet would. Regardless of reason, we simply wish to have a good laugh.

After reading this masterpiece, I attained enlightenment and have ascended towards above and by then, have gained the tricks and advices of the greatest Composter in all Among SUS history. All hail Among SUS ඞ AMONG SUS BEST GAME IN ALL HISTORY! I even played it while I was still a fetus. During that game I was just venting on the womb this whole time until I won!! I really won! I planned everything just like what Aizen would do.

Anyway, let's get back to the masterpiece of a story this one shot is. In all seriousness, I'll be serious so you people will understand ... the importance of this oneshot.

Among sus is a video game which is created in 2018, which began its popularity on mid-2020 during quarantine, surpassing 217 million downloads by November. A lot of people have talked and played about it and now it has a one-shot!? I can't fathom the excitement I have after hearing the news!!! What a great day to live!!

The one-shot Is quite enjoyable and quite fun to read, with a simple story in a normal game in among us.
The art and the characters is actually alright, but I would've preferred to have more characters, to make it seem more fun and chaos but its alright. I also like that they have different personalities, just like the people playing the game itself. For instance Glasses, there is always that one dude in the game who is good at anything, also King, there's also that one guy who just votes whomever he wants according to his instincts, by not having any evidences or proof, and Egg, there's always gonna be someone who doesn't know how to handle things and panics when he is SUSpected. It does give the just the normal Among Us game with these kind of players. By these concepts it makes it more enjoyable to read and makes it more fun.

Overall, I think its a good simple story, and art and character designs are quite alright. Should definitely give it a try, only takes atleast 4-6 minutes to read. :)

Among Us is a 2018 game made by Innersloth which revolves around a group of like up to 15? at this point go go around to find the imposters. In 2020, the series blew up with streamers all hitting the game, causing the game to be culturally popular across the last 2 years.

This series has finally hit a new peak, with the addition of a children's manga based upon it. This only 16 page manga shows everything an among us game has showed, and has some great moments an a super good plot twist.

To start off with, the art style is actually good. Like, ... not even joking, all the characters fit the bill, they look cute when they need to, and they show serious emotions effortlessly. It's crazy to see actual effort put into this.

For a children's manga, the characters are also all goofy yet sometimes aren't. We follow main character Egg with his journey throughout the show, and I like the character development present during this single one shot. Additionally, the other characters (Glasses, King, Cap and Delinquent) add life to this game and make it seem more believable to a normal among us game. Time is also shown to flesh out these characters, which is quite shocking for it only being 16 pages, and when it's finished you get a great idea of what has happened in the game.

As for enjoyment, MAN it's enjoyable. THE STORY HAD ME ON THE EDGE AND I HAD SO MUCH FUN READING THIS. I don't think I have read as good of a manga since I last read love is war for the millionth time.

Now let's say hypothetically I was the impostor. How would I get from reactor to medbay in that timespan, from which we saw each other, till you found yellow dead. Also if I were the impostor hypothetically speaking, how would I have finished all my tasks.
It's important to note that Reds commit nearly 52% of all the murders in Among Us, which is astounding when you take into consideration the fact that they make up 12-13% of the population. It gets even more astounding when you start considering the fact the bulk of Reds committing these murders are probably ages 8-18 which is probably around ... an estimated 6-7% of the population that means that around 7% of Among Us Players are committing around 50% of the murders.

This manga is sus and the characters are all sussy bakas.
To truly understand amongoose one must become one with the sus.
If you are not sus you will not enjoy this series.
You have to have a high IQ to enjoy amangus.
Its lore is deep in history, its story is bleeding with creativity.
To truly become one with the sus you must first be crewmate.
To become crewmate is to be willing to be called sus.
Once you have been called sus you can begin to attempt calling others sus.
Once you've killed you begin to crave the sus, embrace it and become the sus.
This is the story of Amungis.

Oh my goodness gracious, let me tell you about the one shot manga "Among Us"! As a die-hard fan of the game, I was absolutely blown away by how well the manga captured the essence of the game and its thrilling suspense. The attention to detail in this manga is simply astounding - every little aspect of the game is expertly woven into the story to create a truly immersive experience.

From the very first page, I was hooked. The artwork is absolutely stunning, with vibrant sakuga and dynamic panel layouts that really bring the story to life. The characters are all incredibly well-written, each with ... their own distinct personalities and motivations. As the story unfolds, you'll find yourself constantly on the edge of your seat, trying to piece together the clues and figure out who the imposter is.

But what really sets "Among Us" apart is the way it explores the themes of trust and betrayal. In the game, you never know who you can trust - and this manga takes that concept to a whole new level. The tension between the crewmates and the imposter is palpable, and you'll find yourself constantly questioning everyone's motives.

Overall, I have to say that "Among Us" is hands down the best piece of manga out there right now. It solidifies itself as one of the best of the best manga's, and lays the groundwork for how a masterpiece material manga should be written. If you're a fan of the game, or just love a good suspenseful story, then you absolutely have to read this manga. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! A thrilling must read for all gens, especially new gens.

Stop posting about Among Us! I'm tired of seeing it! My friends on TikTok send me memes, on Discord it's fucking memes! I was in a server, right? And all of the channels are just Among Us stuff. I showed my Champion underwear to my girlfriend and the logo, I flipped it and I said, "Hey, babe, when the underwear is sus!" Haha, ding ding ding ding ding ding ding, ding-ding-ding! I fucking looked at a trashcan and I said, "That's a bit sussy!" I looked at my penis, I think of an astronaut's helmet and I go, "Penis? More like pen-sus!" Aaaaaaargh!

I don’t usually write reviews, but the among us manga is a piece of art that transcends the medium of manga itself. The premise is the same as the game, there is an imposter attempting to sabotage the team and kill the crewmates. I won’t spoil, but the direction of the story is incredible and I never saw it coming. The twists were absolutely immaculate, putting aot to shame. Popular mangaka such as Eiichiro Oda, Yoshihiro Togashi, Takehiko inoue, etc should all take notes because this is frankly much better than everything they’ve made combined. And don’t even get me started on the artwork. It ... makes berserk look like it was drawn by a preschooler. This stuff is just completely next level and it’s the future of manga. I’m all for opinions, but if you don’t think this is the best manga ever made you’re objectively wrong.

So... I found this by pure accident...

It was during the MAL secret Santa event. I was doing researches for my gift on the user's profile and found this one-shot in their manga history. I had to read it. Just for the meme. So I forced a friend to read it too :) Came out he didn't, but he will!

I don't know if I regret it. No, not really. I mean, the art style is clean and I even had to lough while reading. Already more than I expected. The characters are just so stupidly funny and the "plot" was kind of obvious to me, but ... exactly these points made it good enough for me. And it doesn't even take too long to read. A huge plus point for me.

In comparison, I recommend this. It is just hilarious in so many ways.

It is a simple but entertaining story.
They show us a "very peculiar" character design and a story that has a lot of potential, they could make an excellent seinen with this, but it needs to take full advantage of it, even so I consider it to be a good work and that many should read it.
His characters are visually fine
The drawing of the manga needs to improve but it's fine
And like I said, it has potential, and while it's not the best of the best, it's decent.
It would occur to me to make several arcs exploring various themes, such as the origin of the impostors, ... the crew, the demons or exploring their entire universe in general.
I read the first chapter and I look forward to more!

Memes aside, here’s an actual review:

Among Us manga very much feels like “How do you do, fellow kids”, throwing out the “iconic” phrases and portraying what is mostly just average round of the game. There’s some humor mixed into it, mostly of the boke-tsukkomi routine, but its main appeal still seems to be “look at this, it’s Among Us”.

The story isn’t exactly interesting, but well, what can you do with 16 pages – and what more, in a children magazine. Yes, this is literally made for kids, so no surprise you won’t find this much entertaining if you’re not the demographic. Beyond the humorous fact ... that Among Us manga even exists, of course. That said, even if it’s made for kids and based on a current trend, it’s at least still more dignified than the western creations of similar vein like Stinky Steve or Fortnite Funnies.

The art isn't bad actually, the design of the game works well with the gag manga style. And althrough I imagine it wasn't easy to portray character emotions using that design, this was succesfully achieved.

So yeah. This exists. I guess.

This story was one of the most impactful stories I've read to date. The story, the twists, the art, the storyline, are absolutely beautiful. After reading I walked around my room, contemplating some might even say thinking, of this manga and how much it has deeply impacted me. This manga was fantastic I loved it and will cherish it for the rest of my life not only because of the story or the art or maybe ... the amazing character development throughout the story, but what it did to change my life.

One day I was checking a site for manga as an almost daily routine. And there it was! I couldn't believe my eyes but smack middle in the page was grayish icon, with the title: Among Us. Now many of you might write this off as a joke or a meme but honestly I do believe this is an art piece that transcends the medium of manga or fiction as a whole. This manga is a fictional story (based on true events) and an adaptation of the hit game Fall Guys (I'm not so sure about this since I haven't time for such silly things ... such as video games). Now I need lay out the facts that are this manga's art isn't the best in the world it's no Hunter x Hunter (see page 7 chapter 355) it is much like some average artists such as Yusuke Murata and the likes. But overrall the story is quite outstanding and the character development is intense. It is a roller-coaster (like were talking some Big Dipper level coaster) of emotions. This story touches on very delicate subjects such as self doubt, anxiety and the very concept the meaning behind life itself. And ALL of this is handled in a very philosophical yet non obscene way. Therefore it can be enjoyed by infant and granddad, friend and foe alike. For the purpose of this review I will be awarding it a 10 but shall leave it unranked on my personal account for the reason being this is an unrivalled work of art that cannot be judged in a numeric scale.

I was excited after hearing for the first time about this manga. Seeing an announcement about manga adaptation of the legendary "Among Us" game created by InnerSloth was surely exhilirating for somebody like me who is a fan of this game. I didn't know what kind of manga it would be (more serious, losely based on the game, or faithful adaptation of it), but I had my fingers crossed.

Finally, the day of its premiere has come and I saw that we've got a faithful adaptation. Not gonna lie, I was relieved. I have nothing against original approach in adapting video games, however some of games ... are good enough by themselves to be faithfully implemented into a different format. "Among Us" is one of such games.

That's why I was really positively surprised by how simple, yet brilliant this short manga was. In just 16 pages it managed to depict really accurately the most popular situations that you could experience by yourself while playing the game. Everything was covered in good looking art, highly influenced by no other game than "Among Us", of course. I liked a lot how main characters (aka all characters present in this manga) resembled behavior of 5 different types of players you can easily find in "Among Us" game. I used to play it a lot, so I could notice it right away. I tip my hat to Berabou for creating such cute story with art strongly referring to InnerSloth's hit game.

I recommend checking out this manga. Not because it's short and it might be a quick read, at least not only because of that. It's really cool piece of manga that was fun to read and even though short, it managed to perfectly deliver its message ("Among Us" video game meeting manga).

[Conclusion] Honestly, this one-shot isn't the best of the world and sometimes too childish, but for a short gag one-shot, it's worth to read.

Don't expect a grandiose work, but rather a funny gag-manga to read to pass the time
