A guy rapes various women for no particular reason besides the fact he enjoys it. That is the plot. If you that makes you upset, you will NOT enjoy this story, because the point of this story is very clearly not meant to condemn his behavior. That said, it is very loyal to it's narrative themes and the characters act consistently with their established personalities.
Unlike in Redo of Healer, the author doesn't even try to portray the MC as a victim. The lack of delicacy is extremely jarring because in these sorts of stories, the main character is usually portrayed as monstrous, artistically. However,

reading it, you will get the impression that the author thinks nothing in particular about the main character's behavior. Rather, now that I'm thinking about it, the main character was more averse to killing than he was to straight up raping and enslaving the very first girl he encounters. He shows a small amount of remorse for slaughtering some soldiers, but none at all for anything else he does. In stories like Redo, the author tries to make the villainesses as evil as possible so that you don't really feel bad for what happens to them. In this story, there is no reason in particular for the MC to act the way that he does towards them. These are just random women he encounters. In fact, all of them are somewhat good people. They aren't exactly portrayed as saints but they definitely don't have any character flaws either.
Onto critiques: Philia is a bit 1 dimensional with not much to say about her except her devotion to MC. I'd have loved to see the characters with more personality and more expressed but honestly that's not the point of this story and we all know that. It's an extremely ecchi manga about a guy who is categorically evil and gets his rocks off by raping women. The power system is sensible but not so complex it gets in the way of the "main plot". The worldbuilding is sensible and lends itself to the main plot when necessary. It's certainly not as alive as the worlds in other works. Some characters should've had longer backstories, and Philia's character is a bit confusing. Our MC doesn't have much of a personality besides raping women for fun. That said, the art is very good. It lends itself well to the sort of story this is, and the way that events with Philia are portrayed is really cool and something I wish more stories did.
Personally, I really enjoy the idea of a protagonist whose psychopathic tendencies are not at all addressed. Often times, this sort of character is a lot scarier because they aren't really a ticking time bomb, like Yuno Gasai was for example. They do the things they do in an almost "I was just bored today" sort of way. Rather than being slowly on the way to exploding, this character was simply not in a circumstance where their tendencies could take form. In some sense it makes their character much more disturbing and much more enthralling because rather than feeling like some far away mystical story, for all you know, you could know people like this who would become so unbelievably destructive given a chance. For example, Kiji from Ogeha.
Overall a solid 8/10.
