Recommendations

The design of the monsters/ creatures are very similar to one another. Abara is a bit more gruesome/ dark and Chainsaw Man has more comedic elements.

The same creator (Tsutomu Nihei), which in its turn means the same stunning visual style, mind-blowing action, atmosphere of postapocalyptic cyberpunk, the way of storytelling, and pretty similar characters. Even though it doesn't seem to be officially related (like Biomega, NOiSE, and NSE) because of so many similarities I would even go as far as considering Abara a Blame! spinoff.

Similar Artstyle, insane detailed backgrounds which makes it 100% unique

Both stories take place in a post-apocalyptic world, similar themes

Both are shorter works by Tsutomu Nihei, with a detailed art style full of sci-fi biological horror. Their stories are light on dialogue and can be hard to follow but if you enjoy his visual style they're worth the ride.
