the two manga are similar in the sense of how toxic the relationship is between the two main characters, both stories feature a severely mentally disturbed couple in which the partners reinforce each other's negative traits. While the story of Mii-kun and Maa-chan focuses more on the psychological aspect, Kimi ni Koisuru Satsujinki also adds some gore into the mix.

Both stories tell the tale of a person, which kills for the sake of a relationship. Not Happy Sugar Life, nor Killer in Love end on a happy note, which feels realistic to see them not getting away with their murders. If you like to read a more bloody, more Gore heavy manga, I would recommend Killer in Love, as it shares some distinct similarities with the way that the protagonists handle critical situations (by murder lol).

Both delve deep into the tragic consequence of the "woman who sleeps around" fetish, about a woman who seeks acknowledgement in a world where men are sensitive, controlling yet fragile. In Netoraserare, the tragedy is centered around the MC's failing marriage. In Kimi ni Koisuru Satsujinki, the tragedy is the lives lost, one-after-another, around the FMC.

both are psychological manga’s with romantic elements. technically they both contain murder and a down bad guy. if you liked one you’d probably like the other :)

both are drama romance with male protagonists delving into the human psyche's reaction (or lack thereof in the case of sacchan boku wa) to love and affection, with obsession and innate hypersexuality playing major themes in both. while both are on separate ends of the spectrum, they still have similar tones and story progression.

These two manga are very similar and very different where you get Stockholm syndrome scenario feel when you read it, the different is one manga is that one is a misunderstanding killer or maybe manipulative person who create others to kill and the other manga is a stalker who somehow kidnapped the one they’re stalking I recommend both if you haven’t if you enjoy Stockholm.

Both works feature a protagonist who is drawn into a world of thrills, crime and intrigue due to events outside of their control, but rather than being swept away they make a decision to take a stand and push on forward out of their own volition. These are mystery stories where nothing is ever clear cut and one can never know who can be trusted. Both series feature interesting set of characters with peculiar quirks and art style is very pleasant to look at.

Both manga has similar vibe and have a Stockholm syndrome with a girl and a “killer” who may have developed something from each other
