my notes app got wiped so now i gotta use more sustainable things. goodbye, manga i was probably never gonna read again because i had all the ones i cared about in my mind.
i usually try to stick to one story at a time, but right now i'm stuck juggling a few that are newer and still producing chapters. as of writing this, i'm currently reading Tokyo Ghoul Re:, i think it's pretty cool so far.
i read battle shonen, to romances, to whatever the fuck Oshi No Ko was. seriously what was that. i loved it throughout the entire time, never a dull moment, but i don't know what to call that. it's part of the seinen demographic, which yeah makes sense cuz it is a bit darker than something like Dragon Ball, but what kind of seinen is it? it's like a mix of autism and porn bait trying to be deep. i understand i read a lot of edgy things and call it peak, and i am also the kind of guy that read romances, but i gotta say that was a lot to handle. i honestly wonder what Akasaka was thinking when he made *them* kiss.
i prefer manga over anime, i like reading at my own pace rather than one set by a show. if i really like a series, maybe then i'll give the anime a shot. currently only watched Dragon Ball, Chainsaw Man, Jujutsu Kaisen, a bit of One Punch Man (will be watching all of season 3 later this year), and a few episodes of Oshi No Ko. if i do watch the anime, i do watch dub, because i can't always stay focused on the screen and i have good ears so i like listening.
feel free to dm me on reddit or here if you wanna talk.
