Synopsis

A Returner's Magic Should Be Special is an adaptation of Yu So-nan's Gwihwan-jaui Mabeop-eun Teukbyeol-haeya Hamnida web novel series. It is originally a webtoon series which has been officially published in book format by D&C Webtoon Biz (디앤씨웹툰비즈) since January 11, 2021.

The series has been published digitally in English by Tappytoon since June 7, 2020. The volumes have been published by Yen Press since August 9, 2022.

No Spoilers, just story feeling of momentum summary:

1. Beginning: its AWESOME
2. Middle of series: Still really Good
3. Climax: TAKING TOO LONGG and some ass-pulled information.
4. Ending: What the hell is going on.

Unfortunately its one of these kind of reads with a more confusing end to wrap up on. You also kind of get heavily information bombed alot more then usual compared to before. Usually talking to magic concept explanation toward the big final battles so do brace for that. Manhwa is also different from LN ending if you want to explore on that too separately, All in all i still think it is ...

After reading 200 chapters it feels like a complete waste of time. If you just want mindless action then I suppose it is "ok", but beyond that I would stay far far away from this trash.

The story is a total mess. In 200 chapters not a single thing has been explained. Portals give you crystals because leveling up blah blah blah... This has been done so many times before it's ridiculous. The story is so incoherent and boring I honestly don't think even the author cares what's happening anymore.
