You got the virus, a village girl who want to be an adventure, and an assassin merchant
So far we focus on the first two we only see the merchant 2 time but he might be part of the group later there is one more person but I’m not sure she only appeared once and she seems very strong but I digress.


Story: 7
Like the other two reviewers before me explained that it is your typical isekai story, he’s a nice guy who I feel like he’s not nice until he meet the girl, could have been good for ... an anti villain/hero who was obsessed with diseases and viruses but we got this MC instead which it’s 50-50 for me. I think on how the story is progresses he might be getting stronger like some other Isekai stories who gets stronger by (eating, leveling up, removing skills, cheat ability, or in this case infecting). I just hope this don’t get those tropes like he super strong but there someone else who is a little stronger then the previous encounters but still win without putting much an effort.

I’m easy to please this is my opinion but I like fantasy it could be better but I do enjoy anything to do with fantasy genre some more then others but so far this manga didn’t disappoint me so far.

It’s a good story so far for my POV some ppl may not enjoy generic or over used plots or in some cases not enough ecchi stuff but for me a minimum is okay but this one doesn’t have it just letting you know just in case you were expecting.

Up to what I read, only 2 characters got focus so far.
The MC is the usual Gary Stu, that you find in 99% of isekais.
The "girl that gets saved by the MC"TM is also a generic character with no interesting trait at all.
That's all.
I wish I could tell you more about them, but there is nothing to talk about them.

This is your typical isekai story, but "this time the MC gets reincarnated as a virus and that's the best part".
Just like the characters, there is nothing to talk about, since it's just so generic.

If you were reincarnated as a virus in a medieval era world, what would you do?
Create a virus variant, that makes everyone immune to every other disease in the world?
Make potions with a virus in them that works as a medicine and become rich?
Become a "justice in the shadow", eliminating bad guys for fun?
Well, in this story when he aquires a human-like body, he becomes an adventurer... yes, a f-ing adventurer... thus making the whole "I'm a virus" theme obsolate.

This story had potential in the begining, but then just went downhill quickly after the first few chapters.

Enjoyment: 3
I can't stand bland Gary Stu protagonists, so my enjoyment was almost non-existant.

Overall: 4
It was a wasted potential of a story. But if you like generic isekais, than you will like this as well.

Pretty much agree with everything that Kuja1 said before.
While i dont really mind Gary Stu characters in Isekais (in some cases they have something that balances it out),
it is still only ever going to be "meh". Cant really say this one is horrible nor can i say its good.
For someone that reads a lot of isekai mangas/ novels, this one is "just another one".
Wouldnt really recommend reading this unless you are bored and crave more of the same thing.

That beeing said here is a short bulletpoint list of what i thought while reading (trying to not spoiler):
1- Man these sure are conveniant encounters
2- Is there ... going to be any struggle when taking over a body or getting familiar with new skills? Who knows?
3- This Adventurer Guild seems aweful at Ranking things
4- Why does the main character have to be kindhearted softie... (not all isekais do this but most do)
