Both series are about a couple who get married due to an arrangement between their families. However, they are lucky and end up with partners that they like. Neither couple has made a move romantically yet, but the reasoning for this is different. Ne Ne Ne is super short if you're looking for a quick read. Totsuidekita Yome ga Aisouwarai Bakari shiteru has 32 chapters at this time and is still ongoing, so there's more time for the author to flush out the relationship, even if it's a super slow burn. Wrong message. Both Komi-san and Forcing Herself to Smile follow a female MC who convey the wrong message without ease. They don't try to, but it happens regardless. Komi-san's consequence of this is everyone loving Komi, Forcing Herself to Smile's consequence is Chiyo making her husband lose self-confidence due to her forced smile. They both don't mean harm and have good hidden intentions. Both manga are good comedy.

Both are historical manga about husbands in an arranged marriage who are trying to be sensitive to their wives and win their hearts, but the wife is already in love and trying to keep her composure.

Romance. Both My New Wife Is Forcing Herself to Smile and Pseudo Harem bring around a relationship between two individuals. Forcing Herself to Smile does this with general misunderstandings happening constantly, Pseudo Harem does this with a literal pseudo harem. The majority similarity the two have is how short they are with about 4 pages per chapter, both in the same genre. Would take either of the two for a quick read. Though Pseudo Harem has progression in the relationship compared to Forcing Herself to Smile.
