I fucking love this stupid manga.

I think it probably gets a lot of bad rep for having annoying characters but I think their annoyingness is cancelled out by how realistically the characters interact with each-other and the story progresses.

I don't like this super fan-servicy style of manga but this one has been a big exception for me because of how well the humour is written and how little the fan service moments detract from the comedy and meat of the story, which is a relatively simple, but still enjoyable romance between a girl and her childhood friend.

I particularly like the obligatory confession scene, because it ... came harder than expected. I don't want to spoil anything, so I'll just say that it's handled a lot better than most romance manga handle their obligatory confession scenes. it's very sudden in a straight-forward, realistic way.

I'd say the worst thing about this manga is the side-characters that don't add anything to the main plot. Also this terrible hobby of Sakurako that sprung up in chapter 4 that fortunately doesn't return again (if I were you, I'd just skip that chapter entirely)

the main characters are all likeable in my opinion, and the art is well done, too (if you care about that stuff)

if you don't like romcoms with emphasis on the com, and slight neutering on the rom, maybe skip this one

Before starting the actual review first thing i want to say is this manga is stupid and i mean really stupid but despite that its still enjoyable in my opinion.

Main character Himegasaki can be annoying at some times and many people has a possibility to not like her but she is still enjoyable makes the story really fun just because she is stupid.

I would count this more of a comedy manga than romance manga a lot of the characters in the story are stupid or just a fanservice but the manga isnt serious so it is ok.

Story isnt something big its just a romcom with ... a tiny tiny twist its good for shutting your brain off and laughing at stupidness of the characters if you dont enjoy that you are not gonna like this one.

Art is good and looks cute time to time and it dosent disturb the eye.

All in all i think its a enjoyable romcom to shut your brain off and i would recommend it

Himegasaki is so insanely fucking annoying, I realize that's the point and it's supposed to be """cute""" but that doesn't change the fact that I wanna smash her face into the ground and step on her head until it's nothing but a bloody, pulpy bunch of flesh on the ground with twintails.

How can you make a character that is so goddamn bitchy and infruriating? Why would you decide to make her the main lead in a romcom? Nobody knows but it happens often, not the first time I read a romance manga by an author with utterly shit taste and yet teasing you with ... a much more interesting and charming girl on the side who is forced to stay either platonic or lose the harem horse race.

The art is nice but most of it is wasted on focusing Himegasaki's massive pig ass or balloon tits to distract you from the fact that she is trash. Kind of confusing considering every character is attractive, although more modestly presented. If anything the more I saw of Himegasaki's useless lumps of flesh the less attractive she becomes.

With each chapter that you read she becomes less and less likeable. Unless you like her appearance (not my type.) you will very like start to develop a head ache with every dumbass thing she does next.

Overall, Sakaki best girl.
