Incredibly simplistic story. MC is basically a god who walks around healing people and making potions, but the plot twist is that the MC is actually an idiot! MC grew up in the woods and doesn't understand how things or people work...so funny. Nothing about this manga is fun or interesting. You will be bored after the first 5 pages. The general script follows typical isekai logic where a random dude shows up out of nowhere with god-like powers and everyone wants his attention. Not really any drama or conflict.
