Manga: Vivy: Fluorite Eye's Song
In both manga, robots and AI are a common occurence. The humanoid robots are oppressed and exploited. "Deaths" of robots are still made emotional with the right writing tactics. Originally humans made the robots with the order they could not harm humans, however, the AI eventually found out a loophole, causing lots of human deaths.
