both series are about the relationship between a superfan and her oshi, so have a similar vibe and themes! technically both have personality-switching too, but approached in different ways

Star-Crossed and Your Name are two supernatural stories with a male MC and the female MC switching bodies for some reason, making them dual leads throughout the story. Star-Crossed features more exaggerated supernatural and comedic elements, but both are otherwise focused on a current, contemporary Japan setting and showing many reactions the characters have to the body-swapping and therefore whatever circumstances they'll end up being subjected to and needing to deal with in potentially hilarious ways.

Star-Crossed and Lovesick Ellie are two shoujo romance manga where the main character is quite a bit of a pervert for a boy who is (to some varying levels) creeped out by that and will clearly be her love interest, which is pretty unexpected to see as a longtime shoujo manga reader. They're both relatively newer series, so the modern shoujo art style with clean-looking line art is featured front and center along with some more modern-feeling humor compared to most other/popular shoujo works.

Star-Crossed and Princess Jellyfish are two comedy manga series aimed at women—especially nerds, otakus, and other obsessed types, as the one of the primary protagonists is a girl who is huge geek for someone/something. Her obsessive nature often shows up in the narrative in one way or another, including many jokes referencing it and how she meets a boy in probably the most unexpected circumstances possible considering their lifestyles. Transformations are also, in a way, a common theme, whether literal or just metaphorical.
