Not due to fault of their own, the protagonist ends up in quite terrible situation of abuse. Rather then drama though, both of those titles are quite literally abuse porn.

Manhwa about a protagonist that has to share housing with a psychopath and endure their abuse. While Bastard is a true psychological work, Killing Stalking is mainly an edgy BL fanservice galore.

Both stories are about a guy that is in a situation he cannot escape, mentally or physically. Both are horror Manhwa and there is graphic violence that is depicted. Both are about the same length in terms of chapters.

Both handle mature topics and dark themes. Both have great story telling and characters that you either love or hate with a burning passion.

Both narrate a way off, wrong love story between a fragile Uke and a psychopathic Seme. Yoon Bum and Yui have a similar point of view about love but of course things will be different for them. I found both really deep and I personally recommend to compare their character and themes.

Rapists, psychos, murderers, necrophiliacs, people who converse with the dead, people with twisted personalities, people with traumatic child-hood pasts, people who loves dissembling & collecting human body parts, and so many more fucked up stuff... If you can stomach all these things, you can go ahead and read these two.

Both Killing Stalking and Color Recipe feature extremely dark and unhealthy M/M relationships and erotica. Warning for SA, stalking, and manipulation.

Both are rapey and dark lgbt stories with moments of suspense and horror in it as well too.

Both have a realistic way of showcasing how extremely you can destroy each other (mentally and physically) in a "romantic" relationship.

Honestly incredibly similar, if you like one you'll like the other. Both include deep levels of manipulation, both physically and mentally, and both present equally toxic relationships. Plus both manwhas are in colour which is a plus.
