Manga: Zenbu Kowashite Jigoku de Aishite
If you enjoy being derived from joy through toxic yuri, both are for you! Very similar events. Especially blackmail! Only difference so far is that it’s handled just a bit differently. Very similar though I feel like I’ve seen worse then a soldier in battle

This is a high recommendation, I recommend Futaribeya because it has the same genre, Yuri. Starting from the story, characters, and drama, this is indeed very similar. I recommend this for those of you who really want Yuri.

Manga: JK Shousetsukappoi!
This is the one I recommend the most, it still has the same theme I'm sure you will be interested in Yuri / Yaoi after reading these two series. At least this is still reasonable limits so if you guys want to read I can recommend these two.

It's still in the same theme, I think it's similar to this manga. You may be surprised because in each chapter psychopathic scenes often appear, Their blood, nakedness, and also their affection often appear here. I highly recommend this for you.

Manga: Sekai de Ichiban Oppai ga Suki!
This is a manga about the love story of a girl, you can call it Lesbian or Yuri, It's up to you as long as you don't call this yaoi. It has in common that the genres are very similar, nudity scenes are everywhere, and also it's still school themed. I highly recommend Sekai de Ichiban Oppai ga Daisuki to satisfy your lust.

Manga: Tousaku Shoujo Shoukougun
"My Eyeballs Told Me To Dedicate Everything I Have To You", the first story of Tousaku Shoujo Shoukougun, has themes and atmosphere that are very similar to the first two volumes of KitaKawa, with two girls secretly staying after school in a dusky classroom and expressing their feelings for each other in a quite unusual way. If you feel that KitaKawa could be even better if it had a chapter dedicated to eyeball licking, this will please you greatly.
