A list of Seinen manga I think are great and can recommend. Mostly drama/psychological but has a little bit of other stuff. Will update throughout the future   A list of manga with the most realistic artwork I can think of. Some titles have their own style added into the manga, this is totally fine - so cartoonish features and anatomically incorrect proportions are fine - so long as backgrounds or character art is high quality and reminiscent of realistic imagery/CGI then its eligible for this list.   With several different forms of it:  ever want to just read manga about batshit insane people?  Stories that evoke strong emotions and convey one/multiple "moral of the story".  List of sleeves for "elitist". These manga have been considered as "deep" animations by various critics and analysts.   Psychological drama, occasionally known as dark drama or was related to psychodrama, is a sub-genre of drama that places emphasis on psychological elements. It often overlaps with other genres such as fantasy, black comedy, and science fiction, while the genre is closely related with the psychological horror and psychological thriller genres. Psychological dramas use these genres tropes to focus on the human condition and psychological effects, usually in a mature and serious tone.   Manga that I believe are highly underrated and deserve more attention.   Recommended manga/manhwa that hasn't been adapted yet into anime part 2   This stack also includes manga that are not listed as "Psychological" in mal database but they still have psychological elements in them E.g. Shoujo Fujuubun.   Manga that features twisted characters with toxic behaviors. Some are serious psychological stories that dives deep into toxic behaviors in a way that isn’t glamorized, while others are edgy trash that are just fun to read if you’re in that mood. I’ll tag them as “serious” or “edgy” in the descriptions of each manga.   - I would have added all of Junji Ito's work but it would fill the entire stack so I only added a few~   There are a lot of great works out there but often times they do not get good endings or they have forgettable ones. This list contains mangas that had already ended and will make you crave for more.   They would have gotten away with it too, If it weren't for these meddling protagonists.   So we all know the mystery genre tag is freaking bloated and stuff with stuff that isnt really mystery   Psychos, yanderes, fishy characters... or just some super weirdos.  Series with endings that make you question life and let you wonder "What did I just read?".  some mangas with unsettling atmosphere, that may make you feel something is wrong |
