Stories that represent platonic relationships or highly imply being a GL. The friendship in these series appeared to me to have a similar development (very little) and the use of watery themes as a way to relate the main protagonists (aquarium in one, swimming pool in the other) is prevalent within them. Summarizing, both stories, are very similar, in both, themes and that feeling of "I don't know what is really how the protagonists feel about each other". So if you enjoyed one, is very probable that you will enjoy the other.

Silly lil black haired person and a depressed white-haired person get into tension and then fall in love. (Not confirmed for Yoru to umi but It can be interpreted as love)

Girls' Love, or close. A drama about understanding. Our peers, ourselves, the outside world, whatever it is, Bloom Into You and Yoru to Umi wish to understand these concepts and entities by drawing characters close together, getting them to interact to find answers about the reality of their situation. Look for a more intense girls' love drama in Bloom Into You, rather than a thought-provoking yet relaxed Yoru to Umi. Whichever you go with next, know that you may find yourself in for a unique and interesting experience. Quite fast to read too, not a lot of dialogue compared to other manga.

LGBT with some getting to know each other. If you wish to find a same-sex relationship about people getting to know people, I'd take Our Dreams at Dusk and Yoru to Umi. Sure, maybe Yoru to Umi isn't so much LGBT, but the (sometimes literal) feel is there ready to be explored. What is ultimately just a story about people getting to know some entity, bit it themselves or the people they interact with. I simply just recommend these two fast to read titles that are pretty good with the drama they play with. Nothing you want to skip in honesty.
