I started reading this just for the bizarre promise, but it's better than I expected.
I expected Putin as the main character of an Isekai and that's what I got, but I also got interesting, developing characters, unique world building and good art.
It does contain Isekai tropes, but they are often subverted and I like that the main character uses his knowledge from his world and often tries negotiation instead of fighting everything what he sees.
The manga made me laugh at least once a chapter, wich is alot for me.
I'm five volumes in and still don't know if the author wants to make fun
...

At this point (Chapter 13) I can say with no shame that this is a GOOD isekai manga, way above most of them. I started reading it, as many, because of meme magic. I just wanted to see an Isekai with Putin riding monsters and defeating enemies left and right.
Instead (Or we could say "also"), I got a fun, engaging manga, with atypical characters (None free from imperfection), above average art and some interesting twists on the most basic isekai tropes. It's too soon to emit a deep analysis on it at this point, I think, but I would definitely recommend it to anybody ...

And you thought it couldn't get weirder than the vending machine isekai. Now Japan has graced us with a jacked-up Putin with a fetish. But jokes aside, this is an underrated manga.
Story: 7.5 Of course, we're all here because of Putin as this whole plot is pretty much a parody of him. He's called Purchinov here and he is the leader of a alternate russia, who is also VERY passionate about riding everything from tanks to various animals (pretty similar to the Mc from Kimono Mechi but thankfully this one's not a furry). He gets transported to Isekai and thus opens a new door for Putin's ...

First of all, this is basically a buff Putin on a journey to mount and ride anything and everything.
This manga made me laugh so damn hard since reading/ watching Seitokai Yakuindomo. It also has the bizarreness of Nichijou and Shikanoko Nokonoko Koshitantan but with some plot and direction with it. Art is amazing as well, really gave details into the backgrounds and character design. MC's determination to ride things is similar to that of Shibata Genzou from Kemono Michi wanting to raise monsters as pets. It's quite a fun and enjoyable read.
