Wholesome romances which center around newly married couples. Each chapter consists of short episodic SoL moments

Both are slice-of-life romcoms about newlywed couples that have some amount of focus on sex. Both of them have a blunt, aggressive female lead and a more passive male lead. We're New at This leans far more into ecchi elements and sexual themes, while My Wife is a Little Intimidating is more generally about the issues that a married couple can have.

Both stories deal with the struggle of finding the right balance of intimacy in a marriage.

Romance focused on a wimpy, unpopular but interesting male lead with an often unexpressive and popular female lead

Both manga focus on married couple life while focusing on a central theme throughout (Alcohol and Sex)

Both are comedies about a married couple and their problems to have sex. Main difference is that on Spotted Flower you have one part actively trying to seduce the other, while in Mijuku the problems are less one-sided. Personally I enjoyed Mijuku WAY more than SF. If you read Spotted Flower and you wonder if there's a similar manga but with better art, less annoying characters and situations and overall better chemistry between the main couple. Try Mijuku na Futari.
