The manga 'I'm a NEET but when I went to Hello Work I got taken to another world' starts out as a typical Isakai one. Even the MC states that it seems like an Isakai anime to him, until he realizes it is all real. As for the girls, he not only gets the girls, but he seals the deal kind of thing by sleeping with them... no wishy-washy, will they won't they type of thing.. it is all down to business.

After he gets intensive training, he takes his skills out into the place he was taken down and takes his revenge on ... the rabbits. He is then labeled, the 'Rabbit hunter' With his new found "fame", he slowly starts to actually build a harem. Each new girl he gets is quite ok with him going out with another one.. and eventually his flock of girls turns into 4, including his newly acquired slave beast girl.

The skills system in this world, at least to him, can be reset and re-allocated at any time. This is what he calls his cheat. Other then that, there is some world building but the major focus is on Yamano and how he gets the girls. He uses a lot of his knowledge of his world to help himself but nothing is OP (he is not a science or engineer major or anything).

The graphics are standard to an average manga but there is more detail in the fights and the ecchi side is subdued so it can be called a 14+ manga.

With the series rated as an Action, comedy, fantasy, romance harem one, you should see all these things in abundance, so you know that to expect in a typical Isakai harem story.

The score is quite generous because I'm mainly rating this in comparison to other isekai since that's probably why you're here. If not, this is objectively 6.5 at best, you can find better manga to read. In terms of isekai however, this is quite decent.

The story is pretty generic but it's fine if you shut your brain off. The mc is not instantly overpowered and even though he's strong, there is clearly a big gap between him and the best. The art is pretty good. It's nothing too special but gets the job done. The mc is quite realistic and gets pretty good development ... as far as isekai goes. His harem, however, doesn't get as much development but they're not completely one-dimensional. Personally, it was quite enjoyable but then again, it's just another isekai.

Overall, this is above average isekai so feel free to check it out if you're on another isekai binge. If you are looking for manga to read in general, this isn't outstanding so you should look elsewhere.

There’s not much to hate in this manga, but there’s also not much to praise; this manga is somewhat similar to a slow life isekai by incorporating a rather bland set of characters and plot, however, it differs by taking the power-leveling approach, which should add some spice or tension to the plot, right? Not really.

The plot is pretty cliche and average — there are some instances where it takes a rather darker turn to build the main character and make him adapt to the foreign world, however, those plot points are as rare as a needle in a haystack. Instead of the usual ... slow-life approach of retiring and gathering a harem, the mc actively tries to get stronger, which he does, however, the way the manga develops his powers is rather subpar and unexciting, which isn’t a good sing if it’s 70% of the plot.

The characters are rather likable, however, they don’t make much sense; all of the heroines virtually fall in love with the mc from small experiences and interactions, while the side, side characters don’t add much to the story.

Because of the lack of originally and meaningful developments, the manga isn’t as enjoyable as it should have been; it’s quite a relaxing read and nothing more.
