The score is quite generous because I'm mainly rating this in comparison to other isekai since that's probably why you're here. If not, this is objectively 6.5 at best, you can find better manga to read. In terms of isekai however, this is quite decent.
The story is pretty generic but it's fine if you shut your brain off. The mc is not instantly overpowered and even though he's strong, there is clearly a big gap between him and the best. The art is pretty good. It's nothing too special but gets the job done. The mc is quite realistic and gets pretty good development

I'm an isekai junkie so my score is slightly biased. Objectively probably a 6.5 at most but I rate on enjoyment. Also, the manga got axed so the ending is much worse than it should have been.
The concept is pretty unique as far as isekais go, but the execution could have been a lot better. They don't bother with much explanations and the power system is just convenient as usual. The mc becomes a masterchef Gordan Ramsey couldn't complain about because plot armor I guess. The characters are also very 1 dimensional with little development. The best part is probably the art.
