Both series has great minor characters, the main charactes are manly and has their catchphrase. The main villains are bigger and older than theirsiblings and wants to rule over the world but have good reasons (kind of). The series are both enjoyable to read due to their fights and its obscurity. Beside, The Scorpion Killing Technique reminds me of Hokuto Shinken. 

Shounens that don't take themselves seriously but also have some surprisingly epic moments. A perfect balance of humour and action, crazy fights and strong camaraderie. Both mangaka have used designs sent in from readers to create a ton of ridiculously gimmicky minor characters. 

Both are shonen series which expresses manliness through heroic feats and outrageous battles. There's plenty of creativity found in both manga, especially with the usage of delinquent characters. 

Both have OP main characters that fight for the weak and also to protect their friends. The Main characters from both stories find themselves in funny situations that really help balance both narratives. Both have school settings that the MC's standout in and are always in the middle of conflicts good and bad. The manga's have similar art styles they also contain shounen, action, comedy, elements  

Both have very strong OP main protagonists that gain followers who respect them. Both story's involve the MC's trying to take down a much bigger organization with bad intentions. Both have amazing comedy scenes with the potential to make you cry laughing. Both have amazing character design and art work.  

Two men with a strong body willing to take hits without resisting. They have a heart of gold and will constantly try to complete the job with honor. These are men whose friends can count on through high and low. 

Both works perfectly apply the modern shounen teachings, especially with the friendship theme and the diverse casts and creative powers. Kongou Banchou is also a fine homage to classic 80's shounen, which only gives you more reasons to read it if you like battle shounen in general. READ IT NOW! 

Both have charismatic characters, great fights and a really fun action, in addition to both works being by the same author, if you liked the style of one manga with great chances will like the other. 

Both have slow motion action scenes, but mainly it is on One Punch-Man. Both main hero characters are overpowered in a sense, and are very kind, altruistic and self-sacrificing. 

Both mangas have a lot of fighting over some territory or position. Very delinquent-esque, but also with lots of side character comedy, light moments, superhuman abilities and so on. If you like one you will likely like the other. 

Both have a Superior main character, who help normal people and fight against a organization filled with abnormal people. Medaka Box has a female lead and male sidekick and Kongou Banchou has a male lead and female sidekick. 

they both have fierce delinquent main characters but they are also kind. Also similar idea of fighting to taking over territories of their enemies.. 

Sakigake!! Otokojuku's plot also centers around "banchou" type students fighting one another. There are similar character designs, fighting locations and styles, though at times Sakigake relies heavily on gag-humor. 

There's a main hero and a main villain who are both overpowered compared to the rest of the characters. A lot of explosive action scenes which destroy huge areas. And a lot of comedy off-battles. 

Both have unique jokes that are not commonly found in comedy mangas. And they have some similar jokes between each other, for example a female idol who is very capable and often funny. They also have in common action scenes which are very exciting and hot-blooded. The main male character also attracts side characters through kindness, compassion and strength. 

Somehow the main guy character in both manga resemble each other, their character designs and the way they act: Kind, honourable, compassionate and so on. Difference is Toriko focuses on food aside from fighting, but Kongou Banchou is more of a fighting over territory manga. 

Another Suzuki Nakaba series, both featuring lots of action, with the main character using martial arts. Both feature a lot of action, and consistency in usual Suzuki Nakaba's works. 

Both mangas have in common the premise of knowing the exact number of people they have to defeat, with teaming up allowable for the goal of a great reward. And both have a lot of action scenes as well. 

Same unrealistic but awesome fights and character designs with a lot of impossible tecniques.Same spirit of parternership,and the fan submited choujins/banchos.
