Both are great gender bender stories. One takes a romance and ecchi approach while the other is just some boy whose sister turned him into a little girl. 

What does a super shy sexy tanned high school gyaru and a cute shy middle school girl have in common? . .. ... That both are SHY! XD Oh, and that both girls were guys previously. Yes, both stories are focused in how a guy, transformed into a girl, has to explore his new every day life as an attractive member of the opposite sex. The only difference would be that OniMai is a slice-of-life, while Danshi Gyaru is directly a comedy. So if you have no problem with that, you will surely enjoy both. 

Both series are about gender bender and the struggles which comes with it, like questioning your own gender identity, making friends and friendship with girls as a gender bended girl while still having memories of living life as a guy. Personally I will recommend people to read Ore ga watashi ni naru made since it is a more serious compared to onimai which focuses more on slice of life and comedy

in both plots the protagonist is turned into a little girl 

Both stories involve a male-to-female gender-bender that is irreversible, with both comedy and drama about the situation, as well as the main characters having to learn how to live with the change. 

Similarities: - Both mangas are about a guy who wakes up one day as a cute loli - Art Style for both is cute - Both are pretty much about "cute girls doing cute things" Differences: - Onimai's mc is an incompetent NEET while Youjo's mc is a highly capable guy who becomes a semi-NEET due to being turned into a loli - Youjo has a slight "mystery/supernatural" element when the characters try to figure out why mc turned into loli
