One takes a romance and ecchi approach while the other is just some boy whose sister turned him into a little girl.

It's also a gender bending manga, though if I had to say Boku girl is slightly superior. It does have some romance complications involved as well though. Plenty of of funny moments associated with being turned into a girl, the complications that comes with that sudden change, and then the slow acceptance of said change. Lots of similarities to these two.
