Both ukes are small, cute, and reserved, while the semes are handsome and more socially active. In Rin!, uke is dependent on seme due to a past tragedy, and in BnS, the seme is the only person that can emotionally understand the uke. Personally, I think both stories are amazing.

Both stories involves Japanese Archery, wherein the main leads are having doubt with themselves because they were starting to fall in love with the same gender, which caused them to encounter troubles in their performances and skills in archery. Rin's story is more on shounen-ai. It is light weight and a bit slow-paced. Kimi ga koi ni Ochiru is more on usual yaoi with sexy love scenes. Both are worth the read.

Seven Days is like a introdution to the BL world. Most of people start with shounen-ai or light yaoi like Little Butterfly. Rin! and Seven Days are similar because both are great stories involving archery, "love triangle" and they give the same heart-warming feeling about BL school life. I must say I hold a special care for Rin! because of the great character development we get and I really think RIn! should receive the same attention Seven Days has.

Significantly younger uke loves older seme, and really looks up to him. Seme gets jealous of anyone that gets too close to his attractive uke.

Both are nice, cute and fluffy manga that feature a CONSENSUAL relationship between two very loving high school boys. Both take the relationship slowly, especially the sex, and if you're into BL manga that put an effort into making their stories believable, then you're sure to enjoy this recommendation.

The art in both manga evoke a similar light and calming feel, and the mains in both reads also share a a similar dilemma - they already have a love interest, but their close friends are eyeing the position of becoming their potential lover. The story for both develops at a more gradual pace, a bonus for those looking for good bl reads that span more 2 volumes or more.

Both involve ukes begin dating their older brother's friend. The semes both begin the relationship, and are shown as the ones that fell in love first. Only after this is revealed do the ukes share this passion.

Both stories revolve around the main character falling in love with his elder brother's best friend. However, Empty Heart contains more angst, since the elder brother's best friend is in love with the elder brother to begin with; Rin! is a little more light-hearted, being more oriented towards the main pair innocently discovering how much they mean to each other.

Though different authors, the drawing is done by same artist so the style looks familiar. Both are heart-wrenching yet sweet and beautiful with feelings so human you could actually understand it.

Both have a naive cute main character that attracts others to them. Some form of love triangle in both mangas. Yatteranneeze!is longer but both are good.

If you like the light-ish yaoi, especially the story with the school boys in Little Crybaby, then you would probably like Rin! Rin is better, I think, because the story has more time to develop. It has a similar airy style of art as well.

Both cover senpai-kouhai relationships in sports clubs - archery for Rin and track for Interval; manga with beautiful art and storyline :)
