I will assume you read the synopsis before you read the review and this review will not contain any spoiler.
Holy #$%^ whats going on here? Alright, at first the premise is very simple. But, don't let it fool you. At first read thru the synopsis you might think of yourself "Hey, isn't typical harem romcom?" the answer is a big no. Read back the last part of the synopsis that stated the content of the confession. I will not tell you what it is but it really took me by surprise. The story is amazingly puzzle together and the art is superb.

I do not understand this manga at all, or how anyone could get enjoyment out of this. My first thought from chapter one was that the MC was a complete scum bag. But as the story, if you can call it that, continued, I grew more and more frustrated. The MC is supposed to be unlikable, but then everyone likes him, and tries to cheer him up and tell him he's better than he thinks he is...
Let me explain my frustration a bit more. At the beginning of this manga the MC is shown to have have two girls that are close to him, a ... Aug 10, 2019
I originally posted this review on March 13th, but was recently informed that I'd posted it on the page for the light novel (I don't really use my account on this site, which is why I only saw the comment today), so I'm reposting it here:
While definitely not perfect, the series was still pretty enjoyable up to a certain point. It plays with the reader's expectations quite a bit in a few interesting/creative ways (A lot of it is still fairly predictable, but there are a few twists that are genuinely surprising), while pushing the concept of a cliche "love triangle" WAY past its limits. Ultimately, this ... Sep 19, 2018
*MILD SPOILERS AHEAD*
Romance manga nowadays are starting to become quite similar to each other. It's gotten to a point where there aren't many gems sticking out of rough. Subverting tropes can be especially difficult, including trying to be as original as possible. However, this is one of those manga where they subverted tropes, and did it RIGHT. - Story: 7/10 ... “Mild Spoiler review”
You may wondering about real-life romcom that “How would it work in real life?” Well, this manga is a perfect place for you. But, just like what you’re thinking, it won’t be that good as those cliched mangas. [This review contain lot’s of “realistic” word, but please know the reasons first. I just realized I overused this word in these paragraph, so I must tell you beforehand that “That’s how it is!” This may look silly to some of you but if you reconsider my words again, you will know why I over use it so much.] Story: 9 Starting as a typical idiot romcom harem ... I really like a lot about this manga and its story. It manages to utilize tropes in a really interesting way that keeps the reader interested, while also twisting their assumptions around. Of course this does only work for the first major arc. Afterwards the idea of "inner thoughts and schemes" starts to fall into a more predictable territory. That being said, Ore wo Suki nano wa Omae dake ka yo does a great job of being interesting and keeping the reader interested.
I think the main cast is pretty decent. The main character is well realized and works well with the story, but his ... Feb 15, 2023
After reading the synopsis I was hesitant in reading this manga. I'm not fond of harems.
But after 5 chapters it blew me away. The absurd levels of romantic complications made it so funny and entertaining I read it whole in a few hours. This isn't just a love square, EVERYONE is involved.. The ending was the most surprising. I'd reached chapter 40/42 and it seemed like nothing was going to be resolved. But it was, and pretty well at that. Good stuff. Story I give a good 9-10/10. It's a simple harem premise but then goes into such complicated detective mindfuckery Sherlock and Mystery Inc. combined couldn't ... May 5, 2024
This is just a funny romcom with complication stacked upon complication that follows a basic formula, that formula being "how reasonably absurd can we make this situation?" It's a fun read and at 44 chapters, a relatively short one. It's an excellent, light-hearted way to pass an afternoon.
The story starts with our protagonist, Joro, trying to get a girlfriend. He is a bit selfish in his motivation, and plans rather deeply to try to accomplish his goal, but those plans end up torpedoed pretty quickly. Even so, he is also quite genuine with his friendships, as proven by the keystone event which set the ... |
