Both manga are about brothers with a large age gap and the older one ends up in a relationship with another man. Both are really sweet and cute stories.

Both stories are short one-shot manga that detail the development of a mlm relationship. Both are wholesome and heartwarming stories.

Both are sweet love stories with two guys taking care of a kid. Bokura no Shokutaku has a little bit more of drama.

Both have two men entering a romantic relationship together. Both have one of the sweetest kids put to manga. In Sorenari the kid is one of the men's daughter, rather than a younger brother like the kid in Bokura. Both have moments where one of the characters takes care of the other when they are sick and overall are very feelgood imo.

Both manga are about a lonely office worker falling in love with another man. In Ikumen after, both men are single fathers, while in Bokura no Shokutaku, the other guy has a younger brother. There's also some cooking involved.

Both have a pretty soft and gentle feeling, and deal with two boys getting together and overcoming/accepting loss (though Given is more for the previous boyfriend, and in BnS it's familial). Given is more driven in its story where BnS meanders a bit, but both are quite comforting to read.

Both are BL / Shounen Ai mangas revolving around the couple's romance as well as them taking care of a young child. Both are fluffy and heartwarming with a really sweet couple at their centre.
