If you like Tokyo Revengers, I would suggest you read Bakuon Rettou as it gives so much more insight into what bosozoku culture entails. It will make you enjoy Tokyo Revengers more. And, to be frank, it's one of the best mangas I've ever read. If you've ever wished Tokyo Revengers was more realistic, Bakuon Rettou is what you're looking for. It's as real as it gets.

Both of these manga focus one thing, delinquents and teenagers fighting like crazy

Both of these are serious delinquent manga, with coming of ages stories absolutely drenched in bad ass action

Both are coming of age stories about delinquents that find a greater meaning to life than gangs and violence. While Yuu Yuu is a shonen fantasy where the protagonist finds a new vocation, a network of friends and a new meaning as a spiritual detective, Bakuon Rettou deals with the realistic trajectory of a young man involved with gangs who matures and begins to review whether this is what he wants for his life.

These are both delinquent manga focused on teenagers trying to cope with ever pending adulthood while they spend their youth fighting, butting heads and being all around truants for the sake of truancy

These are both serious dramas focused on delinquents, yankees, bikers etc. There's plenty of action and drama in both of these series that will leave you pretty invested.

Their genres are completely different but I felt similar vibes from the MC, Bakuon is about the MC joining a motorcycle gang while Holyland's MC started by defending himself from anyone who bullied him, only similarities are that they're both young boys finding their place in society, also the cool distant mid-length hair friend are alike also. Haven't finished Bakuon Rettou since not all of it is translated yet.

Both of these manga are coming of age stories about delinquents, Bakuon Rettou is far more serious but SJG has it's share of drama as well. These are both really good stories about teenage youth and being delinquents.

City of Darkness and Bakuon Rettou deals with mature topics such as gang wars, mafia, and the underworld society. Both series' main protagonist gets themselves involved with complicated affairs that puts their own lives at risk at times. There is also some romance sub-plot that becomes evident throughout both series. Expect action, drama, and violence.
