While Isekai's are all but overdone in the manga/anime community, I too am a big sucker of them.
However, instead of being reincarnated or transported to a fantasy world, this one takes a different approach; one very similar to "GATE." However, it takes more of a slice-of-life approach to traveling between worlds and slowly breaks down just how vastly different our modern society is in comparison to these "medieval fantasy worlds." This take on it is interesting, fairly educational, and rather refreshing for the genre. The characters themselves aren't SUPER remarkable, but amusing and have enough depth (and a little romance) to drive the story ... |
