Both involve the main character getting into another world. Both main characters try to help the people of the village they end up in with building better tools and equipment to raise the quality of live of the people and the whole village. The newly introduced tools/inventions are there to be spread across the land to make life better in the whole country. While Takarakuji de 40-oku Atattanda kedo Isekai ni Ijuusuru focuses on handmade items and tools or things you can buy in the "modern world", Magicraft Meister focuses on creating these tools with the magical ability of the main character.

Both have an Isekai theme; but with a more relaxed tone. Each MC hasn't been summoned as a hero to save the world, instead both look more at the everyday aspects of moving to another world.

Average guy from Japan (they also have similar appearances) end up traveling to another world and have the chance to introduce Earth's technology/items to the isekai. Both are very similar in that the MC ends up in charge of development of the country that he ends up being originally transported to.

Set in a fantasy-themed world. "Takarakuji de 40-oku Atattanda kedo Isekai ni Ijuusuru" is about a guy who wins the lottery and goes through a door which leads to another world. "Koushaku Reijou no Tashinami" is about a girl getting reborn into an Otome Game as the villianess and avoids her fate and uses her old world knowledge to better the land her father hands to her.

Both of these include fantasy-like settings. "Takarakuji de 40-oku Atattanda kedo Isekai ni Ijuusuru" is about a guy who wins the lottery and goes through a door which leads to another world and "Yasei no Last Boss ga Arawareta!: Kokuyoku no Haou" is about a guy that gets stuck in the game world as his female character.
