both have an modern Japanese transported into another world both have medicine in common

Both main characters are strong boys with a good sense of morality, using force only when absolutely needed, since they rather want the best for everyone (except when they are unfairly accused of something bad). *Both stories fill you with enjoyment <>Toshokan no Daimajutsushi has a better built world, Isekai Yakkyoku has plenty of information about sciences and diseases.

Both MCs are smart people with a special ability to aid wounded or sick people very carefully and respectfully, using any means possible, with less regard for themselves than for the patients. <> The heretic hunt is worse in Asklepios than Isekai Yakkyoku <> Isekai Yakkyoku does not have the more depressing atmosphere as Asklepios does.

Isekai, reincarnation into a world they didn't know existed, or one they never thought they could appear in. *Falma and Alexander both receive a blessing from a god, resulting in them being able to use insanely strong powers in that world. (creating new substances/reading unknown languages/near-endless endurance etc) *Both are eloquent, especially in dire situations. *Due to their charisma, lots of inhabitants of that world are attracted to them. <>Isekai Yakkyoku is more science-based, Ride-On King more adventure and comedy-based

Middle-aged men reincarnate into a young boy in a noble family, in a medieval world. Follow both MCs adapting in their new environment after having a second chance in life in a better position than before. (! Be aware that Lioncoeur Senki turns very dark after some time so consider it Seinen, it for sure is not sunshine and rainbows.)

Isekai manga wherein a medical professional performs miracles to the inhabitants of said fantasy world by using science: surgery, chemistry, biology, toxicology, anatomy and more. To be helpful to everyone regardless of their position, race or age, the MC does not discriminate whom to treat. *Medically accurate information is shown in both manga.

Both are set in a fantasy world. "Isekai Yakkyoku" is about a pharmacologist dying and waking up as a young man in a fantasy world as a young boy and makes a pharmacy. "Koushaku Reijou no Tashinami" is about a girl getting reborn into an Otome Game as the villianess and avoids her fate and uses her old world knowledge to better the land her father hands to her.

Both set in fantasy-like worlds. "Isekai Yakkyoku" is about a pharmacologist dying and waking up as a young man in a fantasy world as a young boy and makes a pharmacy. "Yasei no Last Boss ga Arawareta!: Kokuyoku no Haou" is about a guy getting stuck in a game is his OP female character.

Both Isekai Yakkyoku and Jin are about highly accomplished medical specialists from our world being transported to another that does not have our medical technology. Jin is the realistic take on this premise, where he is transported back in time to 1800s Japan, at the start of modern western medicine. It delves deep into extremely technical medical knowledge. Isekai Yakkyoku is the fantasy version, where the protagonist not only has ridiculous pharmaceutical knowledge, but also the super power to create any material he knows the chemical formula to, thus skipping all the hard work of having to recreate chemistry.

Both manga have the protagonist who is reincarnated into a fantasy world and have the ability to heal people one is with alchemy and the other is with modern medicine knowledge. The only difference is one is reincarnated into a otome game where the MC knows the plot of her new life.
