Series where the main focus of the story is characters advancing civilization using their (otherworldly) knowledge, expanding an already existing kingdom or are in the process of (re)building one with military might or with their personal might/knowledge.

-Not to be confused as traditional medicine and otherwise pseudo-scientific medicine.

-Health care specific to fictional creatures is considered as fictional medicine.

All genres included, as long as it's an isekai. Most of them are slice of life, comedy, romance, or drama, though. Includes tropes like villainess/villain or overpowered MC. All manga have an overall rating of 6 or higher (from me).

While it might look like you don't really need to know all of this, you never know when it will be useful: for instance with quizzes, random questions that you wouldn't know the answer to otherwise, fun facts to tell someone else, or if there's trouble or necessity of intervention in your vicinity.

These are some isekai manga of all genres! There’s some romance isekai in here, some action, slice of life, etc. I hope you find some in here that you’re interested in! Most of these are ongoing, so be prepared to wait for updates! These are not in any inherent order! (In the process of writing explanations)

Medical manga is a pretty niche genre, and many of the ones out there aren't even that good, so I thought it would be a good idea to do I list recommendations for the ones that in my opinion are the best out there.
