| A surprisingly satisfying end to the duel, magic effect damage ending a duel isn't common. These last couple of episodes were better than i expected. |

| I hate this episode partially since Judai still won despite his Fusion Summonings being sealed. All that did was show that even Misawa's best calculated plan was no match for Judai's plot armor, and said plot armor will only get more irritating in future episodes. Also how the hell did Samejima get away with lying about those missing students? They were labeled as "studying abroad" in Duel Academy's records, but what the hell was he going to do if/when their real fates were exposed? The fact that he tried to cover it up really pissed me off and for some reason I never really thought about this until rewatching the episode. |

| These duels are getting better and better! I didn't care much for the journalist character and his bizarre obsession with the Skyscraper card, but the focus was and should be on that duel with Bastion. It was as hype as they built it up to be, that's for sure! |
