| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Hmm, I think that pool kinda interesting, not the usual ones I've seen from this episode. It kinda reminds me of the water sphere from Fairy Tail tournament. Oh and one of the guys dressed in the suit with the pale face was kinda badass imo. The mecha action was okay I guess. Some of the enemies looks kinda strange with mecha-like wings. And oh shit, cliffhangeeer. I didn't see this one coming but I think she'll survive. |

| Quite medicore and awkward episode.. Only 1/6 of the episode contained even some action. Rest of the episode was about fooling around.. The action starts 3 minutes before the end of the episode, and ED takes most of the remaining time.. Stark700 said: And oh shit, cliffhangeeer. Obviously she will make it, and she was shown in the preview of next episode. 2/5 from me.. Worst episode so far.. Episode 1 ending fight was epic, but this falls way behind.. |

| Well, this was a little better than last weeks episode. I still can't remember anyone's name in this show (Except the alien prince and the mask-wearing commander), but I think of them all as walking cliches/tropes so it doesn't really bother me all that much anymore. I find that if I think of this as a comedy than as a real mecha space epic series, its not QUITE as bad as before. I do like that they are giving the kids some backstory and serious moments. Who would have guessed this show had a dark side? I thought these kids were genetically modified at birth and trained in the military all their lives. Yet, it seems that they were taken as children, enhanced, had their memories ERASED and don't really have any choices outside the military. They are the military's property. Well, that's a dark turn for this series. I suspect its not a coincidence that the aliens supply run was actually armed fighting forces. And that the mysterious masked Commander Stevens was nowhere near the fight. I suspect a carefully done set-up. Well, this show is still lackluster at best, and the plot is plodding along at a snail's pace constantly facing stupid and annoying detours. However, I have seen enough to interest me that I will continue with it until I get bored. |

| After 3 episodes it's my fav mecha show of this season - it's slow but I don't mind it. Actually too bad they skipped some part of those vacations to move into the action. It would be nice if they drop those darker parts about erasing memories and so on, but they don't affect my enjoyment so far. Best part of previous episodes was that it wasn't exactly serious and now this... I would agree that character development feels weird but Irie's idiocy are fine by me. They just have to do something about Asagi attitude as it's hardest one to stand so far. |

Also, I wanna shoot the ditz and the perv. Stomachpain-guy is borderline bearable. Hero and icebox are okay, at least once hero gets over his mangaka-syndrome. The fight.... wth. That military guy should have been shot by the fleet commissar for incompetence. Instead, the ditz gets shot. What was he doing anyways? Also, I still can't see any tactics from them. And the perv is giving snipers a bad name. Also, WTF cliffhanger |

| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |

| This needs some actual dramatic event or a huge plot twist in order to turn into a good show anymore.. otherwise this "hero" who's supposed to be our main character never grows up.. If they just win the fight against aliens and taste glory without sacrificing anything this show is beyond terrible. |

| I'm not going to hate on those that are enjoying this, but it's the only anime I'm watching this season that's on the verge of being dropped (even though there are a few fairly stupid things on my list). | I....actually liked this episode. The show is pretty okay as long as I'm not expecting too much out of it and it's a nice break from all the ANGST I'm watching right now. |

| Did we just get a beach/pool episode on the 3rd episode of a action/space mecha anime? Kinda lol'd at Mr Hero charging at that one guy and getting ownt. Episode was quite boring overall though. |

| Other than the comedy which is ho-hum at best, I enjoyed it. Finally getting a little background on the characters was nice. They have some dark history with memories being wiped and being brought up to be soldiers, but they have surprisingly good personalities although pretty flaky. Most other mech shows are emo overload all the time which I like this isn't so far. I liked that the main character actually went to do some training so at least he has the determination, he did look like a tool though getting owned by that butler or whatever he was. The fight at the end I don't feel was really their fault, both that vice commander and that lieutenant wanted to bring them back when they saw those ships weren't supply ships, but that asshole commander who took over for the mission kept them in. I doubt that girl is dead, but will see. |
| i think this series is cute. I love how the characters react to Izuru's hero antics, and its especially funny how Asagi is total drawn to be the cool type and yet he's so nervous and worries about his skills (in his position i'd worry constantly too, those videos are embarrassing) that commander is an idiot. And i don't like the white haired girl...why must EVERY mecha/gundam series have a pretty, RICH (or politically powerful) girl. Why? WHYYYYYY???? tho i like all the main characters, i honestly feel the series would improve if one of them actually died. Between Kei and Tamaki. Kei, because she seems like the one who SHOULDN'T die (she's actually smart) and it would be devastating (maybe especially to Asagi?) and Tamaki just cuz she's dumb, so dumb ppl will die fast (or should). |

| Does every character have to be some ridiculously over the top stereotype? We got the overly intelligent assistant with the bumbling superior, the one dimensional mecha pilots, eye candy head of maintenance... Which of these are we supposed to empathize with? Most of the battle was animated as mechs shooting at moving dots of colored light... Not my cup of tea so far. |

The vacation part could've been less rushed though. Overall it was decent. I neither like nor dislike anyone so far. The only thing this episode lacked was definetely Jiato щ(ಥДಥщ) (just like episode 1 and 2 but he at least briefly appeared in ep 2 <3) |

| Guys, Tamaki is going to live. Not only has the show not delved that dark before, but they gave it away in the preview for next week! You can actually see Tamaki being overdramatic and thanking Izuru! It's not much of a cliffhanger if they show the same person who might die, alive and well in the preview. |

Yes that is true, however none of the characters so far have interested me personally, which is unusual because there's always at least one character that I like by episode 3 in an anime. They're all pretty okay...except Tamaki. She's annoys the hell out of me. Aside from my complaining about the characters, I'm still going to keep on watching until the end. Like you said, there are 24 episodes. There's still room for improvement. I just hope the comedy will get better, because at the moment, it seems very forced...and just not very funny :/ |
| Poor Izuru. He's happy and positive and his team keeps shooting him down. I'm enjoying this show quite a bit. The main characters are really growing on me too, which is funny cause they super annoyed me in the first episode. The animation direction is still really bad though. |

| Yeah the MC is a spirited/optimistic character, on the contrary his friends are being pessimistic/downer.. Guess I will keep following this, still kinda curious about that silver hair girl at the pool.. |

| The vacation scene is quite interesting... That pool sphere, I'm never getting in something like that. That thing is like bunch of phobias wrapped in one space. We're getting to know more about the characters. They're military weapons it seems... created, but not raised as weapons. The mission this time is commanded by someone with I-can-do-no-wrong attitude... how annoying. Rarely I can hate the whole being of a character. And again... they're outmatched. The pinky got nervous, go struck ahead without thinking after got commanded. Cliffhanger. Eh, I think she'll survive. Will be dropped from the system, most likely, though |

If I don't like something I say it, and when I do like something I praise it. All I said in my post about this anime, is the character development left a lot to be desired It's an honest critique from my perspective. If people take offense for whatever reason, which it seems bachou did, is that my fault? Hardly. We all have different tastes in what we like about anime. If bachou loves everything about Majestic Prince, good for him nothing wrong with that. I watch anime not only for enjoyment in the show itself but the enjoyment of sharing my opinion with other people whether said opinion is positive or negative. |

| Once again a decent fight, soundtrack is really good, but there's nothing in this show to keep me even remotely interested. Characters are bland and completely one-dimensional, story is laughable and things make 0 sense. They also don't seem to know if they're making serious show or a comedy, as they mix those with 0 "distance" between them and it looks pathetic. If this show was a comedy OR a serious show, or if it had some downtime while mixing those elements, maybe it'd be some good, but as it stands now, it falls flat in both areas. Worst thing is, although I dropped the show after this episode, I really feel sad I did that. It had potential, it could've been good, but someone in directing messed things hard. I don't care if director (person in charge, don't know, don't care) for this show is most acclaimed anime person ever or a complete "newbie", he messed up. Pitty, it could've been good... Could have being the key word. |

| 4/5 A Stake in-depth study of the characters, there is all despite being a tad slow in the narrative, however, that always shows a touch of humor which is good. Cute designs like the mecha design, Characters that begin to take shape and have their own figure. Rating lowered a bit because he has not been able to bet particularly excite me! |

Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |
