| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- To slow down but to still win... Saikou doesn't trust his editor for liking gag more than serious. Gag vs. Serious, and they are fitting against it. Shuujin suggested going for two genres at the same time. He got bunches of ideas!! + 1 in secret. Niizuma brushing while taking Shuujin's phone!! "Egui/serious"? (their first work for the award) The guy working pair with female mangaka is shocked about her going to shojo. Aww, getting rejected. New editor suggesting for shoujo in Jack? Wow, they managed to pass the university even if they concentrated on "name"!! The editor went to Hitman 10, which Saikou doesn't want. Editor in chief wants them to get serious on both in serialize and "yomikiri". |

| The guy telling Aoki to put pantie shots in her manga was just priceless. Lol! poor fat guy he got rejected. There goes his dreams down the drain. This episode was quite interesting but the editor really made me mad. Not because he wanted them to make a gang manga. If that's his opinion i understand it but the fact that he thought he should just tell them what to do and they should do it. When people push their position like that is annoying as hell. From the moment he saw that his artist wanted something else then he should have been reasonable and just ask them what they feel and why he thinks they are wrong and then take their explanation on why they think his wrong instead of getting angry. Think about it and call a next meeting where they can compare works with a third opinion also and come to a conclusion nice and steady. He just wanted them to immediately start a gag manga with no second thought just because he saw two 13 places that weren't that great anyway. |

| Miura sucks....The editor are suppose to guide them to the correct path, not help them decide. Ashirogi knows what they are doing so Miura shouldn't stop them. He's just an editor...it's not his manga.. Eiji ftw! |
| I felt bad for Nakai when he got turned down by Aoki. I hope she doesn't start working with that new editor, he seems like a douche to me. Atleast they're done with Trap. I never really liked that idea. I don't get why Hitman 10 is the gag manga and the one about the clone is the serious one though. Seems like a bad decision. And Mashiro didn't even mention during the meeting that he didn't like the idea of Hitman 10 :S. |

| Epic Kaya-Face was godly. Well, I hate Miura in the anime even more, than in the manga. Here he's seem even dumber than in the original. :x Eiji's toothpaste scene was so hilarious. In the manga, I didn't even realize he spillled it all on the floor. xD |

I would read! Love the tension in the episode. If we can get Miura away from Ashirogi Muto as well as moving Nakai out the plot while keeping Aoki (best part of hiDoor stopping), then the next 14 or so episodes would be awesome. |

| It has to be the one shot which will be the most interesting one. I can't imagine the other two to suit the story. And is Miura stupid? Of course editors have something to say but how can he even dare to tell them what to write/draw against their will? It's one thing if the author makes something and the editor doesn't like it, but it's aweful if the author has to make something they don't even like to do. I probably would've prefered if they would have been transfered back to Hattori because he is way better as an editor.. but whatever. Ashirogi-sensei is what is important! |

| Ouch, Nakai got rejected hard... But I'm glad she did, they weren't making a good duo. Though, I don't know what to think about Aoki doing ecchi, she's such a serious girl xD Poor Murai, getting maltreated like that :P Still, Mashiro and Takagi idea was interresting. I hope they overcome that uneasiness with their editor. |

| Why they stop Miura from quitting? He should be fired, and the person who hired him really needs to get slapped. I feel sorry for them, and if Miura was the editor for Oda, then I'll feel even more sorry. Miura has shitty taste for an editor. Go for gag manga and you go up against Gintama. Besides, only a handful of gag mangas become popular. |
