I loved this episode, especially the second half. It was so sweet when they acted like the first time they meet :) And how Conan cared for Lana afterwards, he sure knows how to treat a lady *gg*
I probably regret this post by now.

Wow that was great. This entire show could take place on an island, with just those two. And that underwater scene was totally a classic hero moment, for both of them. Funny that they're like 10 years old, not even halfway through their series, yet Conan/Lana is already one of my favorite romances.

Nice that Dyce is temporarily out of the picture. He really is like Lepka, except that he thinks he likes Lana, and that she'll like him, despite the obvious dangers he puts her in. It was perfectly illustrated when she was tied to the front of the ship, and he cowered behind her as enemy fire rained down. She couldn't even move, but he saw fit to use her as both a psychological and physical shield.

.....Doesn't that just make him interesting? To me it does.

Anyway, yeah, this was a great episode. Like MaedhrostheTall said, this fits a romantic very well and since I'm one of those...it's pretty obvious what I thought of the episode. I liked how both of them saved one another, so it seems this series is going to avoid the damsel in distress trope after all.

I have to say i really like the series so far. Even if i am a sucker for post-apocalyptic tales of almost all kinds, this is really is something special.

Wow... yeah that underwater scene was fantastic. Conan/Lana is one of the greatest pairings I've ever seen. This series feels like Castle in the Sky mixed with Nadia: Secret of Blue Water.

That underwater scene was simultainiously really intense and really touching.
It also perfectly captured their relationship for each other.

Now they're going to make their way across the desert?
Somehow, I don't think Conan knows what he's getting himself into.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH MMYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY GOOOOOOOOOOOOD

LANA IS SUCH A GREAT GIRL OH MY GOD
I CAN'T SEE
SHE'S TOO BRIGHT
WHAT A GODDESS
NADIA AIN'T GOT SHIT ON LANA

AYYYYYYYYYYY LMAO THIS IS THE COUPLE OF ALL COUPLES

if Dyce is a lolicon, then that bitch who shows interest in Conan must probably be a shotacon

and if Lana can do telepathy, maybe she's a Newtype? perhaps Lalah was Lana when she was a kid? ayyyyyy lmao

Great fucking show. Miyazaki lost it in the later years. He should've stopped and let Takahata take over. A Takahata Ghibli-brand TV series like Akage no Anne is MORE THAN WELCOME.

Conan and Lana are finally back together again, and they're both lucky to be alive. They literally saved each other.

Now they're in the middle of the desert. Let's hope that they can get through it without dying of dehydration.

The "share some air kiss" was a must in this situation. Very cute episode.

Can't say i like all these scenes that don't make much sense. Maybe we get some kind of reveal later on but them surving the explosion seemed like bs. Especially considering that they didn't even jump off or anything and how the hell did Conan's hand get lodged between that thing?

I guess you could say that the impact made his hand lodge or something but kinda weak excuse.
