| Did honestly forget how important of a role Caribou played in these first episodes of fishman lol. But yeah, even with the faster pacing, it will take a while before we make it to the actual Fishman Island again. Also had forgotten about this whole "Ocean Underworld" part of the arc at the beginning. And just one of the many things there would be a Kraken, which ofc only Luffy would see that big ass monster and think "friend?" xD Most definitely isn't the friendly type though, that's for sure. Caribou's crew got the short end of the stick there rip. Caribou's still a good lad though, and lets the trio do their thing thanks to his bubbles and such. Nice change of pace to see Luffy use attacks like Elephant Gun after being treated to non-stop OP ass attacks in current One Piece. P.S. For reference: This episode one adapted half of episodes #525 and #526, and adapted chapters #604 and #605 |

| I really love the comedy in this part of the arc, the Straw Hats' chemistry can't be beat here Franky's Nipple Lights LOL I also thought the lighting for the deep sea looked really good in this episode |

| Ah yes The old man Whitebeard whale Why does some of the art look weird tho Caribou starts showing his true colors Hold up a second, where did Brook get Nami's pictures The dumbassery continues Now what is it Kokoro's picture doing on Sanji goddamn Caribou's crew is so dead so deep underwater. I forgot Sunny could spin like that A good demonstration of all the Straw Hats' evolution in this episode. For a moment I thought they were stuck inside Kraken's stomach. Anyways, NIPPLE LIGHTS. This is the first episode where the moments were given time to breathe and there were no weird and sudden cuts between shots. Finally. And the pacing was good too. I suppose the material it drew from wasn't the most interesting, but it did what it could do with the material it had. |

| The pacing is really nice, already going down to FMI in just four episodes. Not looking forward to the Sanji "moments" later on in this arc, but at least he gets cool moments fighting Surume. |
