Julas is no pushover but to get the kids involved too...that's sinking to a new low.

Felt like this is reaching the climax too. Julas stands out as a major antagonist but unfortunately, I didn't feel invested enough into his character.

i feel like the lack of depth in julas backstory or motivation is whats holding him back from being truly compelling. if this is leading to the climax, i’m hoping we get a deeper dive into the essence of trump instead as it would make the stakes hit harder. all in all, the show has done a great job fleshing out other characters, so it feels like a missed opportunity that julas comes across as more of a plot device than a fully realized person. still, the tension is definitely ramping up, and i can’t wait to see how they wrap it all up!

Still too many unanswered questions and I don't think the last episode can solve them all.

I was hoping for the True of Vamp saying that was Rosa that desired the end of the village, and he just said "Okay, whatever.".

I liked how Katarina dealt with the situation. If you cant kill someone with 28 stab wounds, and secret weapon don't work, let's just quit.

Maybe this show should have stayed in hiatus the whole arc/revenge plan is looking stupid and stupider with each coming episode.

Trying to kill an immortal "god" with a knife, and an ace in the hole technique is brushed off with a simple push off. Makes you wonder why even bring the burly ass bodyguard in the first place. All that effort and suffering just to be rewarded with alligator tears. smh

It really does suck this show had so much promise, but holy hell did they lose the plot to some half ass ending.

Well, that is the end of him. Why did CR's subs keep calling him Shad when I clearly heard Shadow though?

Hmm, as expected Shad couldn't do shit vs Trump the immortal/unkillable vampire. As I said before, vampires are soooo screwed in this universe. Existence of their species depends on that mentally unstable husk of a man. Trump is barely sane (wonder if he's on some meds); he's your typical "cursed to live forever" type of character who couldn't give a F about anyone and anything anymore (except for the black cat perhaps, for now at least). People who know Trump have to keep him sane for the sake off vamp-kind. Now that I think about it, once that cat dies of old age, vampires may experience collapse lol.

As for the massacre of Shad's village, it seems like Trump (who's tortured by immortality) was disgusted by people who begged for it (not understanding what eternal life actually feels like). Makes sense why he'd kill them instead; in his eyes those people were insane or masochistic to beg for eternal torture. I wonder if Trump has the ability to grant immortality to others to begin with, but it seems like that's the last thing he'd ever do.

Katarina almost suicided, but was stopped by Dali. I wonder if Katarina will be allowed to reunite with Kiki. Those two deserve good ending.

Dali Delico is awesome, Julas might put him some problems.

I can’t say this anime is a great one, but it sure is unique in animation terms.

This feels more like the finale. One more episode left.

Would have been quite sad if Katarina was a woman. Still an episode left, but it was a somewhat good story. I enjoyed the kids the most.

Katarina is a real friend. They stayed with Julas until the bitter end. I hope the punishment is something related to looking after children since they're actually great at it.

Trump needs to babysit as well, that'll fix the boredom lol

With time running out for Juras and finding the True of Vamp: Teacher Krauss, it's now or never with the dhampir.

The commitment of Juras to just go for the kill against Krauss in the open area, the latter looked like he just didn't care about anything and everything, erasing memories within a split second just so not to cause any commotion. And no matter how Juras tries to slash Krauss, his immortality is unquestionable, and the former's manipulation tactic gets reversed of him trying to find Rosa's grave, which in turn causes all vampires to cry at the sign of its eventual collapse.

Against the wishes of Ul's safety and prioritizing the mission at hand, Juras going the deep even so to harm Ul, Catarina knows when to back out and get her own comrade out of harm's way is a tactic move, even handing Ul back to Dali. But as for Krauss being TRUMP, it felt as if he only carried the burdens of all vampires of eternity linked to him, so much for a guy that lurks as a teacher in disguise so that it creates the "necessity" that he needs to distance himself from the allure of an immortal god. With Juras's revenge plot being nothing to serve when Krauss can do nothing but live immortality, all Catarina can do is to command him into a deep sleep of the sweet dreams of his past using her own cocoon phase.

In a sense, Juras got his worth that's all for nothing, and Catarina is at the receiving end of an ordeal she chose to be a part of, even if it's against her will.

A simple story like this, bludgeoned towards its latter half.

Well, how incredibly anticlimactic. All that build up and plotting, just for a half baked plan to kill an immortal with a knife???

The ending was nice, Catarina is a real one for helping Juras go out peacefully.
